ABOUT INTEGRITY
INTEGRITY Regulatory and Reimbursement Services, LLC (INTEGRITY) is a management advisory firm that specializes in providing reimbursement and compliance services to hospitals and health systems. Our company was started by Tracey Roland in June 2007. Prior to starting her own company, Tracey served as a national and regional leader within the BIG 4 and other large accounting⁄advisory firms.
INTEGRITY will help ensure that your organization receives its "fair share" of reimbursement (federal, state, HMO, etc). Over the last five years, our professionals helped bring over $350 million in increased revenues to healthcare organizations across the country. In addition to revenue optimization, we also place tremendous emphasis on an organization's compliance environment because of all the adversity that we, our healthcare industry, are faced with (e.g., investigations). We also serve as liaisons between our healthcare clients and the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate.
